LIV STUDENT is the student residence brand of VALEO MANAGEMENT. We offer student accommodation with private bathrooms, common spaces and services designed with special care to provide the best experience for our residents. We create unique communities for students to live, grow and develop to the best of their abilities through events that promote personal, academic and intellectual well-being.
VALEO MANAGEMENT is a division of VALEO GROUPE, a global company specialising in the design, construction and management of student residences and senior housing complexes worldwide. In Spain and Portugal it operates through its subsidiary Valeo Management Spain.
In partnership with leading Spanish banks, VALEO GROUPE has promoted an Investment Fund to develop student residences in major university cities in Spain and Portugal. Each project has a company created specifically for this purpose, and VALEO MANAGEMENT is responsible for advising on the development and operational management.
