Studying abroad made easy with LIV Student
Studying abroad made easy with LIV Student

Studying abroad is a great experience for any university student. However, one of the main concerns associated with this journey has to do with where to live while studying.

It is clear that it must be comfortable, safe, and close to campus; but it is also important to find a place that allows you to meet others and enjoy your downtime. Luckily, at LIV Student residences, you will find all that and more.

Our philosophy is to promote a holistic lifestyle for students. Therefore, in our spaces you can study, socialise with other students, have fun through events and activities, and receive all the services and attention that will facilitate your university life. Leave everything to us!

Where we are

You can find our student residences in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Portugal, and Spain. Each is located near the main university campuses of the cities!

LIV Student UK

Sheffield

The heart of the Ecclesall Road student neighborhood awaits you. Here you will live in a shared apartment or in a studio while enjoying the most beautiful views of the city.

Plus, it will only take you 5 minutes to walk to the Sheffield Hallam University City campus, and 15 minutes to the University of Sheffield.

Belfast

Live the best university experience in our student residences located in the Cathedral Quarter! We are steps away from the new campus of the University of Ulster, so it will take you a few minutes to come and go.

LIV Student Ireland

Dublín

Make yourself at home in our Dublin student residences. From here, you only have to walk about 20 minutes to reach Trinity College Dublin. What’s more, you can take the tram to venture into the city and enjoy its most emblematic places.

LIV Student Portugal

Porto

We are waiting for you at the Asprela Campus, very close to the Polo Universitario station. Here you will find the best residences to enjoy university life and the city at the same time.

By taking the metro, you will reach the historic center of Porto in a few minutes and if you want to go a little further, you can reach the beach in just 15 minutes by car.

LIV Student Spain

Granada

Our student residences in Granada are found between the 5 most recognised university campuses in the city and the historic center. This location will allow you to get to the university in a few minutes and visit all the tourist places in the easiest way.

Get to know our student residences

Each of our residences offers different types of accommodation, as well as different common spaces. However, in most of them you will find:

Single rooms

A single room is perfect if you want to live alone. In a space of 11 to 16m², you will have a queen-size bed along with a closet and storage spaces to store your things. You will also have a desk, study chair, shelves for books and a noticeboard.

The best thing is that you will have a private bathroom and other amenities that will help you on a daily basis such as a microwave, refrigerator, a full-length mirror and blinds that keep the room completely dark at night.

Individual studios

Living in a studio residence is another favourite option for those looking to be alone. Unlike single rooms, these usually measure between 14 and 27m². In addition, they have space for a small fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge and sink.

Shared apartments

The advantage of living in one of our shared apartments is that you can enjoy a living room equipped with a TV, sound system, and sofa. In addition, you will have the opportunity to live with other students without losing the privilege of having a single room.

Shared studios

The shared studios are designed for residents to share a room, so they are characterised by having a large bedroom in which the beds of the occupants are gathered. And like the individual studios, these include an equipped kitchen.

What we can offer you

Services and facilities

Among our services, we highlight a high-speed Wi-Fi connection and a 24-hour security staff; as well as the dining room service, laundry room, and sheet changing and room cleaning services.

As if that were not enough, you will also enjoy incredible common spaces. These include:

  • Multimedia and living room
  • Games room
  • Gym
  • Yoga studio
  • Pool
  • Rooftop
  • Gardens
  • Parking space for cars and bikes

It is worth mentioning that the common areas vary between our buildings, but rest assured they will always surprise you.

Events and activities

During your stay, you will be able to attend the events that we organise for you. Some of them have recreational purposes and others are more educational, so you will not only have fun but also the opportunity to learn something new.

These activities are usually developed as masterclasses, talks, and workshops. What’s more, the topics are so varied that they range from yoga and zumba to music and cooking.

At LIV Student, we are always thinking about our students. And for this reason, we have developed the best spaces to support them in their education while making friends and having fun. Have you booked your visit yet?
