5 things that you’ll only find in a student residence
5 things that you’ll only find in a student residence

What differentiates student residences from other types of accommodation are the facilities. Services like housekeeping and access to facilities like the swimming pool and rooftop terrace are some of the things you’ll only find in a student residence.

At LIV Student, we provide you services and common areas that you won’t find anywhere else. And they are the reason why our residents choose us year after year. Some of them are:

1. Different accommodation options in the same place

In our student residences you will find at least 4 different accommodation options. The most common are:

  • Single studio
  • Double studio
  • Single room in a shared apartment
  • Double room in a shared apartment

Depending on your preferences, you can live alone or with someone else. Furthermore, when your contract expires, you have the choice to continue living in the accommodation you have chosen at the beginning or to move to another one. In case you want to do it, your relocation will be as easy as possible.

2. Room cleaning

This is one of the residents’ favorite services. At LIV Student, you don’t have to worry about cleaning your room. Our team will take care of it periodically to keep your spaces in good condition.

This way, you won’t have to buy cleaning products or spend your time on household chores that can be a hassle. With this service, our goal is to make your life a little easier, as well as to give you the possibility to spend your time on what is really important: your studies.

3. Fees for supplies included

According to the type of accommodation you choose, you will receive a total cost. This cost will not change and will remain the same for the duration of your contract.

The monthly fee includes all services, access to common areas and utilities. Therefore, you will not receive any bills or extra fees during your stay with us.

Unlike other accommodations, you will not have to worry about paying electricity, water or gas bills. Nor will you receive any extra charges for the use of the facilities.

4. Security and assistance 24/7

Our student residences have closed-circuit security cameras that allow our team to keep an eye on the facilities.

In addition, our residents are never alone in the building. In case of any eventuality or need for assistance, the front desk is available 24 hours a day, every day. In addition, concierge services are available at all times.

5. Access to common areas

Another unique aspect that residents enjoy are the common areas. These facilities are designed for entertainment and leisure, making them the preferred spaces to rest and share with friends.

Among the common areas, you will find:

  • Multimedia room ideal for watching movies
  • Karaoke to sing with friends
  • Swimming pool perfect for summer days
  • Rooftop terrace to take a breath of fresh air whenever you like
  • Game room equipped to have fun with your roommates

You will also find a shared study room with a large table and comfortable chairs to do your college work with the best company. This space is ideal for those days when you don’t want to study alone in your room.

As you can see, in the LIV Student residences, you will find comforts that you will not find anywhere else. So don’t think twice and visit us!
